Design/Build is a method of project delivery in which PBS, the design/builder, enters into a single contract with the church to provide planning, architectural/engineering design and construction services.

The Five-Step Delivery Process

Project Conception: Where ministry vision is defined.

Step 2 Design Financial Feasibility:
Creativity: Where budget and vision come together.

Step 3 Construction Documents:
Construction Timeline: Where plans are confirmed and permitting is completed.

Step 4 Construction:
Safety, Quality and Service: When the project is built.

Step 5 Occupancy:
Follow-up and Details: A celebration of the completed project.
